Kevin thanked Mosh, Blade, & Bill for his return to the program, as he was beginning the early stages of the daunting task in selecting a female valet that will accompany him to the ring at TNA’s Final Resolution PPV on December 20th. Mosh began things by asking how this idea came out. “I just wanna hang out with a hot broad…After all this time, I’ve never really had a valet, and I just had my 50th birthday so as a present to me, with my birthday & Christmas all wrapped into one. With all the talk on Kevin’s search for his new valet, Bill Brown asked about the status of The MEM’s Jenna Moresca & where that leaves her within the group, as she been escorting him down to the ring & managing him over the past few months. “Kurt brought her in. * If you are selected for secondary screening after you go through the metal detector and it does not go off, and “sss” is not written on your boarding pass, ask the TSA officer if the reason you are being selected is because of your head scarf.
* In this situation, you may be asked to submit to a pat-down or to go through a full body scanner. If you are selected for the scanner, you may ask to go through a pat-down instead.
* Before you are patted down, you should remind the TSA officer that they are only supposed to pat down the area in question, in this scenario, your head and neck. They SHOULD NOT subject you to a full-body or partial-body pat-down.
* You may ask to be taken to a private room for the pat-down procedure.
* Instead of the pat-down, you can always request to pat down your own scarf, including head and neck area, and have the officers perform a chemical swipe of your hands.
In February, the Figh [sic] Council of North America, a group of Islamic scholars, issued a fatwa, or religious ruling, that full-body scanners violate Islamic law.
“It is a violation of clear Islamic teaching that men or women be seen naked by other men and women,” the ruling states. “Islam highly emphasizes haya (modesty) and considers it part of the faith. The Qu’ran [sic] has commanded the believers, both men and women, to cover their private parts.”
The Israelis have run an efficient and terror-attack-free air service for years, without all these invasive security measures.

Essentially, it appears that the Republican and Democrat parties have missed their filing deadline to submit their presidential nominees with the Texas Secretary of State. As a result, Bob Barr is the only candidate legitimately on the ballot in Texas.

Republicans, Democrats miss deadline to file presidential candidates in Texas
Atlanta, GA – Bob Barr is slated to be the only presidential candidate on the ballot in Texas after Republicans and Democrats missed the Aug. 26 deadline to file in the state.
“Unless the state of Texas violates their own election laws, Congressman Barr will be the only presidential candidate on the ballot,” says Russell Verney, campaign manager for the Barr Campaign and the former campaign manager for Ross Perot. “Texas law makes no exceptions for missing deadlines.”
The Texas Secretary of State Web site shows only Bob Barr as the official candidate for president in Texas.
“We know all about deadlines,” says Verney. “We are up against them constantly in our fight to get on the ballot across the nation. When we miss deadlines, we get no second chances. This is a great example of how unreasonable deadlines chill democracy.”
“Republicans and Democrats make certain that third party candidates are held to ballot access laws, no matter how absurd or unreasonable,” says Verney. “Therefore, Republicans and Democrats should be held to the same standards.”
