Blue screen of death on shutdown. (windows vista/7) before and after operating system change and reboot.?

Tuesday, April 5th, 2011

Well on the 20th of October we got gizmo to come along and upgrade our ram from 2 gig to 4 gig.

Also i dont know if this has anything to do with it but at that time i still had the now old vista home premium service pack 1.

Also it was a dell dimension 9200

Two days later (22nd October) my internet disconnected so i decided to shut down the computer and turn it on again to reconnect to the internet. But once i clicked shut down i waited for about 10 minutes but it did not shut down. It just stayed on the shutdown screen. So i decided to turn it off at the tower. It turned off then i booted again and it worked just fine.

Then that night my internet disconnected again so i clicked shutdown once again.
This made it do the same thing (being stuck on the shutdown screen) This time i did not shut it down i just waited… after 20 minutes boom Blue screen of death for about 5 seconds then it rebooted.

Once it rebooted i typed in my password then clicked login and boom a black screen with the white cursor but if i pressed alt control delete i could still access task manager and there were about 4-6 tasks running.

No mater how many times i booted i got the same result.

So the next day we bought windows 7 (the day it was released) 23rd October (bundled with a tv tuner incompatible with windows 7)

I formatted that hard drive using the windows 7 setup disc then i installed windows 7.

Later that day the computer with windows 7 installed did that same booting with white cursor and black screen and access to task manager but nothing else. But it did not do the bsod on shutdown.

Then now an exact week after my bsod on shutdown its happened again.

Windows 7 shut down after 15 minutes but just before it finished it showed the bsod and then rebooted without permission. When it rebooted the black screen and white cursor problem did not occur but whn i successfully loged in a message from windows appeared saying this :

“Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

I checked for those file on my computer it recommended strait away but they were not there…

So anyone know what has caused this.

The computer cost $3500 from dell which we bought only 2 years ago so it should not already be stuffing up.

armature writer, need your OP. on my poem…?

well, basically i felt inspired to write and i just let my mind flow and created this… please do tell me if it’s any good… do keep in mind that i did not overlook proper format. caution : erotic poetry

”Carnal Delights”

My body quivers at the plain sight of his presences, having his
Featherlike fingertips sweetly caressing my naked moistening frame is
More addicting, then a Junkie’s ever first shot of heroine.
His ability to perfectionize my innermost fantasies to the slightest
Detail is a god-given gift
That drives my every cell and nerve into a state of erotic melt down.
Those honey-sweet devouring lips firmly pressed against mines take us
To a Place only we share. No other touch can make me beg and pray
That he for-ever stays entwined in me. You see we are both prisoners of
Our lingering lustful desires,
I grab hold of his hair and gently guide him down while his curiously
Eager tongue exposes my silky ignited skin; my body starts to tremble as
Our pulses intensify
And we drown our self’s in an ocean of orgasmic moans and delightful
Heats, releasing the fiercely penetrating thrust of two bodies
Tantalizing with sinful succulent trills,
He has become an obsession to my vast weakening flesh,
Demanding I dare not depart from his invigorating full erection yearning
For my drenched enrapture to ecstasy.
